I'm a Mac.....

I'm so glad to read how everyone had such a great Christmas. Mine was pretty great too I must say! This year it was jammed packed full of things going on with mine & D's families.

Let me see if I can remember everything that went on.

On Christmas Eve, we went to my Aunt Cathy & Uncle Johnny's house, a tradition, for the traditional Turkey dinner & gifts with them. They spoil u

s all sooo much & we got some really great gifts. Even Gavin got his first stuffed giraffe & a gift card for his room :) My entire family was there, which is a difficult task, so the night was pretty nice. My nephew's also both celebrated their birthdays so we had gifts & cake for them too. The weather was def. different! We had snow flurries...IN TEXAS! That night, Derek & I went home about 11 pm & exchanged our own gifts. (We couldn't wait) He opened his new iphone I got him & I opened my new MACBOOK!!! I am one lucky lady. My laptop has been in bad shape for the last few months.

We also got each other a bunch of other fun stuff & definitely spoiled each other this year. (he always spoils me)

Only 4 hrs of sleep later, we got up early to start our festivities @ my parents. This involves breakfast way early, then opening gifts, one at a time, one person at a time. Not my fav part but great to see what everyone got. You'd be surprised at all the gifts my unborn child received:)

For lunch we headed right over to D's Granny & Pa's and did Christmas "dinner" w/them plus gifts. Then straight after that, went to his parents & exchanged gifts. By then, we were ready to pass out. 4 hrs of sleep isn't ever enough! THEN, straight from there we went back to my Aunt & Uncles for a Christmas night Mexican fiesta. This is more like a party that they do every year.

Needless to say, Saturday we relaxed all day. Derek had so much fun playing w/his new iphone, playstation3, crossbow & everything else under the sun he could have gotten this year & I basically played w/my laptop & slept. Oh, I forgot, his mom

got me a new camera-WAY NEEDED- but....I'm exchanging it for a different one. Sorry there aren't many pics but my current camera's screen is cracked so pics just aren't as fun to take right now. I feel terrible I didn't get any family pictures, but when my sis dl's her's I'll steal them.

Sunday, we had his parents' annual Christmas party w/his extended family & had a great time w/them as well. Afterwards, we made it home just in time to watch the Cowboy's win their game!!

Ahhh, Christmas came & went so fast this year but I never forgot to

stop and be thankful for my family and everything we all have. I did have a devastating thing happen last night though & got home to find my brand new laptop had an entire glass of water spilled on it & it will not work. I won't get started on this b/c I'm very upset. So,in fear of crying again, once this problem is solved, I'll tell you what happened.

Anyways. I'll leave you w/the very few pictures I do have on my cracked camera. I can't believe D & I didn't take any together :( We were so busy that we just didn't really stop to do so.
