Playing catch-up

Sorry I've been M.I.A. lately. I've been pretty busy since last week. Thursday, I went to my sister in law, Alissa's softball playoff game in Valley Mills then to eat with the family, so I got home pretty late. Derek's working in town so it's been nice for him to be able to go to her games. Then Friday, he worked late, so I went w/my best friend Jennifer to meet my sister & her bf who were in town at a new outdoor bar in Waco. I love this place, it's to relaxing & has live bands & games projected on the building next door. Saturday, I cleaned my house & Derek & I went to my parents dinner party. My other sister Sara was there but I didn't get pics :( Afterwards, Derek & I took my sis's bf William to the lake at a bar/grill & hung out with some friends. Then we all met up at another place in Waco & I got to watch the guys have a VERY intense game of pool. Because of all the rain Saturday, my friends Tiff & Zach's BBQ got moved to Sunday. It was a perfect day & we had a blast. Derek played horsehoes & grilled w/the guys, and I got to play catch-up with my girls. And I was glad to get to know Tiff's friends a little better. We had so much fun & glad we could go :) Last night, Alissa had another playoff game & we all went of course. I have to say, this was the best game I've been to.They played sooo well! I couldn't get pics b/c the sun was right in my eyes the whole game but hopefully I can get one at her game on Thursday. Yep, they won & they're still going strong!
