I know I know...I never blog anymore. I'd just rather spend my small amount of free time playing w/my adorable baby rather than writing. Heck, I can't even crack open my lovely new laptop at home anymore. When I do, I get distracted. And work...well....it's work. Blah! Still looking for a new job. Nothing has changed.
Enough on that though :)
Gavin turned 5 months old yesterday (the 14th) and I didn't get around to give an update.
I literally have one of the happiest babies in the world! He lights up even my darkest days. Which here lately have been more common that I would like.
As you can tell, Gavin's in his walker which is super convenient in the kitchen. He also is in his exersaucer that he LOVES! I only have videos of that though-no pics. We are definitely not short on sitting devices in our house for him. Along with his swings, bouncers, bumbo, and these things, he hardly lays down.
He's such a big boy & looking more like his daddy lately. I'm guessing Gavin is about 18 lbs now and maybe 25 in. IDK exactly but that's close.
He was really sick a couple weeks ago and then following his recovery, started teething. It's aweful. I can't tell you the last time I slept through the night with him.
But he sure is a ball of energy in the daytime. Especially when Daddy is home to see him. Why is it that babies only have problems when you are alone with them? Is it b/c they want you to sound crazy talking about it?
He's learned to sit up. This is the only pic I have but he's gotten better since then.
