Guess who is FINALLY sleeping??? Daddy came home and Gavin decided to make me look like a crazy lady complaining about my colicky baby who is being a perfect angel now!
It seems like the formula change has helped with G's fussiness BUT I'm also giving him gripe water occasionally which I give 75% credit to.
The hubby still has some getting used to Gavin's new routines and likes & dislikes, but it's so great/funny to watch him try to figure it out. He was gone for a week & a half & so much changed in that time. Including how he liked to sleep.
OK, I am completely aware that you are NOT supposed to put babies on their tummy. But since Gavin will fight his sleep and has already rolled over b/c his tummy hurts him so much, I thought I'd give it a shot. And Wa-La!! It worked. Yes, I keep a crazy close eye on him and check him like- every 5 min to make sure he is breathing! But, this way of sleeping has done wonders for him!
I've also attempted his bassinet in my room again (b/c just b/c they don't like it once, doesn't mean it won't work the 2nd time) & so far so good. However, he scoots forward to where his head touches the side. I think his nickname may be scooter :) I can tell he's gonna be an early crawler!

Yay for sleep! So glad you found a way that works and as long as you're keeping a good eye on him, you've got to do what works and trust your mommy instinct!

yay for sleep and daddy being home! So glad to hear he has decided to be a good baby even if it does make mommy look crazy :)
I love that little onesie just curious where you got it I havent seen one like that.
For an answer to your question-I definitely am all about the epidural but other than that Im kind of letting things play out..any suggestions let me know :)

He is the cutest thing ever and just love that bassinet!! :)
What a sweet little bassinet! Gavin has him a precious bed there! So glad for you that he's sleeping now & Daddy's home now to help you!
