We're having a ....

My nephew's surgery went well. He just got out and is in recovery. He should actually be able to eat in a few hours which is a miracle considering he hasn't eaten anything in a while. Thank you all for your Prayers!

We went to my first sonogram today and my hunch was confirmed. It's a BOY! The picture I have is very difficult to see. The 1st is him holding his hand by his face in 3d. The 2nd is his boy parts. And the 3rd is his skeleton facing forward. He was super active and would not let us get a good picture of him. He then started doing stretches and had his legs up by his head. It was really funny. Of course we got a video of it all and we were actually able to get a great view of his face several times, but not in a picture. I already have my hands full with this one!

I measured at 18 weeks 4 days instead of 2, but we're keeping everything the same as far as due dates. I have a low lying placenta sitting on my cervix so I'll have extra u/s's b/c it's not so good to have that. Hopefully it will resolve itself but I have to be careful (sex wise). Also, my dr's office does 3d everytime plus the regular pics so that will be great to see his little features instead of waiting. We are so excited and Derek is jumping over the moon! We even went to Walmart after & bought his first little outfit. Anyways...Now we can identify this little nugget moving inside of me and we couldn't be happier! Have a great weekend everyone! XOXO
