The hostesses w/the mommy to be.My sister Lacy's baby shower Saturday was a success! She got a ton of great stuff & baby Connor is already so blessed and loved by many many people! I thought it would be fun to have it at a local boutique in our town and it's really neat(and huge). We didn't have to decorate b/c the place itself had so much to look at already. And when everyone was done, they got to go shopping. It worked out perfectly.I think this was a test for me to see how i could handle being around everything baby and to be honest, I wasn't upset at all! I actually enjoyed it & never once thought, "I wish this was my shower." So I felt really good about the whole thing! I really can't be happier for my big sis!
Afterwards, my family along w/my bestie Jenn, went out to eat & I hung out w/my friends that night. Derek came in town late & we spent the day together yesterday. He was only stopping through on his way to south Texas. But, he is almost done with the job he's on so hopefully we can spend some much needed time together when it's over!

Her belly is SO tiny!!! So beautiful though!!! I am glad it all turned out great! You are such an amazing sister, aunt and friend--your sister and Conner as well as all of us friends are so blessed!!! :)
